BUILDERS, CONTRACTORS - WELCOME

For the last 13 years, Techtron has been working with builders, developers, contractors, and interior decorators to help them design and choose lighting fixtures for their model homes in the new subdivisions. Currently we are supplying lighting fixtures directly to the job sites throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.

All job sites located in Northern California and San Francisco Bay Area are assigned a special Sales Rep for each job site to handle each job from start to finish. This service includes selecting the lighting fixtures, making samples, helping to budget the fixtures package, bidding the job, walking the models, fine tuning the fixture locations, preparing the chain lengths for all the hanging fixtures, making sure all fixtures chosen meet the Title 24 Code. The Sales Rep also helps coordinate the delivery schedules for the production homes and tour the job sites on a weekly basis for customer services & emergency deliveries.

Bill Swen handles all job sites outside of the Northern California areas. He tours these job sites on a semiannual basis, and all deliveries are made by common carrier.
