COMPANY PROFILE

Techtron Products, Inc., was established in August of 1977 and is a manufacturer and distributor of lighting fixtures. Techtron is presently operating out of Alameda County in Hayward, California since December of 1993. The distribution of Techtron's lighting fixtures are divided into two different groups. Group One: wholesale to home centers, chain stores and individual lighting and hardware stores. Group Two: retail sales to builders, developers and contractors. Group one accounts are scattered throughout the country including Hawaii. Group two builder accounts are concentrated primarily in California and Nevada. Our satellite office is located in Fairfield, California, to handle part of the builder accounts in the Sacramento area.

All lighting fixtures manufactures and shipped by Techtron are assured to be of the highest quality and will meet or exceed the client's specifications. All Techtron manufactured lighting fixtures carries our standard warranties.

A large in-house database and the information system resources available to us are used to determine our final sales prices, and affording a price comparison. Techtron ensures that it maintains a competitive edge in pricing on a nationwide level. The shipping costs to the clients are cut by consolidations of -freight and effective shipping.

Responsiveness:
All quotations requested and subsequent technical inquiries are answered with utmost speed. One in-house associate is dedicated to the task of monitoring progress on all requests and projects. Techtron is a very responsible vendor. We stand behind all the products manufactured by us, and ensure that all orders are shipped on time to meet the promised delivery dates.

STANDARD WARRANTY

All Techtron manufactured fixtures are warranted against any kind of defects for one year from the date of purchase. All outdoor fixtures have a lifetime warranty on it's material against rusting or corrosion. We use solid brass and copper to make all our outdoor products.

FREIGHT

For lighting showroom accounts, once you become one of our dealers, we will pay freight for any order that is $1,500 or more. Orders below $1,500 will be shipped freight pre-paid and the freight charge will be added to your invoice.
